Complaints procedure

We do our best to help you as well and adequately as possible, but it is of course possible that you are dissatisfied with how something went. You can always email or call us to discuss this and look for a solution together. However, it is also possible to submit a complaint.

If you want to submit a complaint about us or our services, it is necessary to send an e-mail to Please provide a complete and clear description of your complaint, including an explanation of the desired solution. Your complaint will then be answered within a period of 14 days (calculated from the date of receipt) by means of a response to your e-mail.

Are you dissatisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit this to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (
