If you want to submit a complaint about us or our services, it is necessary to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide a complete and clear description of your complaint, including an explanation of the desired solution. Your complaint will then be answered within a period of 14 days (calculated from the date of receipt) by means of a response to your e-mail.
Are you dissatisfied with the handling of your complaint? Then you can submit this to the Disputes Committee via the European ODR Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/).
